Enterprise Stability Partners LLC

Last updated October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Enterprise Stability Partners, LLC, also referred to in marketing materials as “Enterprise Stability Partners” or “ES Partners” (collectively, “ESP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit https://espdiagnostic.com or any related ESP website, landing page, campaign page, form, scheduling page, or other online property operated by or on behalf of ESP that links to this policy, submit a form, schedule or participate in a preliminary conversation, receive communications from us, or otherwise interact with our marketing services.

This policy covers ESP’s public website, related marketing and campaign pages, landing pages, and pre-engagement communications. It does not replace a separate engagement agreement, secure-intake notice, or other privacy notice that may apply after a client enters into a formal diagnostic or advisory engagement. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, tax returns, legal documents, or other sensitive client records through a public marketing form. ESP will provide separate secure submission instructions when those records are needed.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you request information, submit a lead or contact form, schedule a meeting, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with ESP. This information may include:

  • Contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address.
  • Professional and business information such as your company name, title, industry, business location, and general information you choose to provide about your business or planning interests.
  • Appointment information such as preferred meeting dates, scheduling details, and information needed to prepare for a preliminary conversation.
  • Communication information such as messages, inquiries, feedback, and records of your interactions with us.
  • Communication preferences and consent records, including whether and when you agreed to receive email or SMS communications and whether you later withdrew that consent.
  • Any other information you choose to provide through an ESP marketing page or direct communication.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our marketing pages, we and service providers acting on our behalf may collect technical and usage information automatically. This may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, referring page, approximate location derived from an Internet Protocol address, pages viewed, links selected, dates and times of access, and information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.

Information We Do Not Request Through Public Forms

ESP does not ask prospective clients to submit sensitive financial, tax, legal, medical, or identity-verification documents through public marketing forms. Formal diagnostic and advisory engagements use separate intake procedures and may be governed by additional agreements and notices.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We may collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you when you submit a form, schedule a meeting, send an email or text message, speak with us, or otherwise provide information.
  • Automatically from your browser or device when you use our marketing pages.
  • From service providers that support website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, email, text messaging, analytics, advertising, security, and related business functions.
  • From advertising platforms, referral sources, business partners, or publicly available business information, where permitted by law.

SMS consent is obtained directly from the individual who provides the mobile number. ESP does not purchase, sell, rent, or transfer another party’s consent to receive text messages.

3. How We Use Personal Information

ESP may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
  • Schedule, confirm, conduct, reschedule, and follow up on meetings or preliminary diagnostic conversations.
  • Provide educational content and information about ESP’s diagnostic and advisory services.
  • Send marketing or promotional communications when you have provided the consent required by law.
  • Maintain communication preferences, consent records, and opt-out requests.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our marketing pages and communications.
  • Measure campaign performance, understand how visitors interact with our pages, and improve our outreach.
  • Detect misuse, prevent fraud, protect rights and property, and maintain the security of our systems.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Carry out another purpose disclosed at the time you provide the information or with your consent.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We may provide information to vendors and contractors that perform services for ESP, including hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, email and SMS delivery, analytics, advertising, security, professional support, and related operations. They may use the information only as permitted by their agreements with ESP and applicable law.
  • Professional advisers. We may disclose information to legal, accounting, compliance, insurance, or other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.
  • Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misconduct, or enforce our terms.
  • Business transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information for another purpose that we explain when the information is collected or when you direct or authorize us to do so.

ESP does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activities may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may use the choices described in Section 9.

5. Cookies Analytics and Advertising

Our marketing pages may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the pages, remember preferences, understand traffic and engagement, measure advertising effectiveness, and deliver or evaluate relevant advertising. These technologies may be provided by third-party analytics, advertising, hosting, or marketing service providers.

You may be able to control cookies through a cookie preference tool on the marketing page or through your browser settings. Disabling some technologies may affect page functionality. Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, ESP will process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser and device.

Because there is no uniform industry standard for all browser Do Not Track signals, we do not respond to signals other than those we are legally required and technically able to recognize.

6. SMS Text Messaging Practices

Consent

ESP sends text messages only when the recipient has provided the consent required for the applicable message. Consent may be collected through an optional checkbox that is not preselected, through a written request, or through another documented method permitted by law. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving ESP services.

Messages

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notices, replies to your inquiries, customer-care communications, follow-up concerning a request you submitted, educational information, and marketing or promotional information about ESP services. Messages may be sent using automated technology where disclosed and permitted by law.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Any carrier charges are billed by and payable to your wireless provider under your mobile plan.

Stopping Messages and Getting Help

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from ESP. ESP may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed. You will receive no further messages covered by that opt-out unless you later provide new consent. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected].

Carrier Responsibility

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on services outside ESP’s control, and ESP does not guarantee that a text message will be delivered.

Mobile Information and Consent

ESP does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers or subcontractors only as needed to support ESP’s messaging and customer-service functions. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

ESP retains records of SMS consent and opt-out requests for as long as reasonably necessary to document consent, honor communication preferences, satisfy legal and carrier requirements, and protect against unauthorized messaging.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and consent records, honoring opt-out requests, meeting contractual or legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting ESP’s rights. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the reason it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

8. Information Security

ESP uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur. You are responsible for using appropriate caution when communicating online and for avoiding the submission of sensitive records through public marketing forms.

9. Privacy Choices and Rights

Communication Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may stop SMS messages as described in Section 6. ESP may still send non-marketing communications that are necessary to respond to an active request, administer an existing relationship, or comply with law.

Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and whether the applicable law applies to ESP, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, or information about how personal information is collected and disclosed. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request. Describe the request and provide enough information for ESP to identify the relevant records. ESP may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of the agent’s authority and the consumer’s identity. ESP will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10. Children

ESP’s marketing services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through our marketing pages. If you believe a child has provided personal information to ESP, contact us so we can review and address the matter.

11. Third Party Links

Our marketing pages may link to websites or services that ESP does not operate. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. ESP is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content of third-party websites or services.

12. Changes to This Policy

ESP may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations. The revised policy will identify a new Last updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the marketing page or another appropriate method.
